You can expect the same warm Yorkshire welcome on your next visit to The Waterton Park Hotel & Spa, but with a few new measures in place for the safety of you and our team.
Please ensure that if you or anyone of your household are showing any signs or symptoms of COVID19 do not travel to the hotel, cancel your booking and contact the NHS for advice. If any signs or symptoms develop during your stay with us please self -isolate in your bedroom and notify reception and the NHS helpline immediately.
COVID Cancellation Policy
The terms and conditions in place at the time of your booking will apply. Should it be necessary to move your booking, within the cancellation period due to a positive Covid-19 test result, this must be done at the time of cancellation and we will require documented proof of the positive test. The original terms and conditions would then apply to your new date, which would be non-refundable, non-transferable and charges would apply for any future cancellation or amendment.
