We are looking for a Full Time Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. **Please note - This is a full time position and NOT just to cover Christmas**
The role of a Chef de Partie
Manage a section within the kitchen.
Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specific standards.
Managing the development and supervision of the Commis Chefs in the kitchen, ensuring they are fully trained and understand their duties.
Ensure that stock is rotated and controlled within the specific section of the kitchen.
Ensure the cleaning schedule is adhered to and that cleaning tasks are delegated as appropriate.
Ensure full understanding of the functional administration of the Kitchen.
Maintain a detailed Knowledge of all menus and to explain dish descriptions.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene rules.
Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to.
The successful candidate will
Have previous experience in a Demi or Chef De Partie role, preferably within a formal, fine dining and or Banqueting environment.
Fully understand how the role contributes to the success of the Kitchen.
Maintain a good level of understanding of the hospitality industry.
Lead by example.
Build effective and constructive relationships, Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely.
Work collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals.

Casual Food and Beverage Assistant Required - Restaurant
Hours will vary on a day to day basis from 6.15am starts to cover breakfast or from 2.00pm to cover evening service. Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends is essential.
Your role as Food & Beverage Assistant will be to provide exceptional service to our guests while they are in our hotel. The ideal candidate would have some previous experience in a similar role, have a keen interest in food & beverage and a willingness to learn. You must be enthusiastic and professional, self-motivated, passionate & display a professional and courteous attitude to our guests.
